hi, i’m Janeen.
Inspired by my own healing journey, guided by a blend of yoga, therapy, and trauma education, I have experienced firsthand the transformative nature of yoga. I believe it is a path to our individual and collective liberation. And I’ve found purpose in sharing the wisdom of this ancient practice with others.
My approach to teaching yoga is trauma-informed and embodiment-focused, shaped by my continuing studies, inspired by my teachers, and guided by my intuition.
My intention is to create a safe space for you to explore and connect to the wisdom and strength that lives within you. I invite you into this healing practice and would love to walk with you on your journey.
I honor the rich lineages of yoga and those who came before me. I give thanks to my teachers and to Kula Yoga Project for seeing in me what I was afraid to see in myself.
